Nothing like touring the Nile in luxury. It was an excellent stay the cruise very cute, clean the staff very good and very ready to serve. Very rich food and lots of variety recommended 100%. The pool very clean and nice.

Everything was amazing. The reception staff very friendly, smiling and diligent. The kitchen guys, the bar and the waiters very attentive and nice. No doubt the hospitality of the people made me feel at home. The food is delicious and varied. Everything is always tidy and the room is super arranged.

Excellent service. Team from front desk to kitchen to cleaners to even the shop captain were very friendly and obliging . Food was ample with quite a selection. There was an Egyptian night with Egyptian food and at lunch when I asked if a certain dish will be offered ( unfortunately not) the chef made it specially for me to try. In the room, Wifi is sketchy though it’s ok outside in common area

The ship and crew have there act together as soon as you get on the ship led by Beeman Emad at Reception, through to the waitstaff in the restaurant, all the way to the room stewards.I Recommend this Company.

Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Romany always greeted us with a huge smile and was exceptional at making sure all our needs were met! He even contacted us when he noticed we’re were late for dinner one evening. Our waiter Mohamed was amazing with my elderly mother and kept us entertained with brain teaser games. The entire experience was 10/10.
